1. A web modern browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Etc.) that is enabled for java/javascript and accepts cookies. For instructions to accept cookies, click here.
2. Internet access with a minimum of 56 Kbps connection speed for audio-only, and 500 Kbps (DSL/Cable/T1) connection speed for video. 3. A free media player plugin (click here and select the media player plugin you would like to download).
   NOTE: Mac OS 9 users please upgrade to OS X.
4. Firewall and Web Proxy Configuration: Once you have downloaded and installed the media player plugin into your web browser, you may still have difficulties accessing the webcast presentation due to your company�s firewall security. You may switch to a different player in an attempt to get around this issue. We offer the choice of Flash or Windows Media Player™. You may need to also enable Windows Media Player™ to stream using HTTP only � click here for instructions. If neither of the players work, you may need to contact your IT department.
